dbMotion Announces Additions to Board of Directors

Raanana, Israel, January 16, 2007—dbMotion, an award-winning provider of healthcare information integration software that facilitates interoperability and Health Information Exchange (HIE), today announced that Moshe Kozlovski has joined the company’s board of directors. This follows the addition of Dan Drawbaugh, InformationWeek's Chief of the Year for 2006, to the Board in October.

Drawbaugh currently serves as the chief information officer for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), as well as the president of BioTronics, Inc., a medical technology organization and wholly-owned subsidiary of UPMC. He has provided more than 21 years of strategic leadership experience in the areas of information and biomedical technologies that has positioned UPMC as a world-class IT organization. Drawbaugh received a bachelor's degree in biomedical and electrical engineering technology from Temple University and a master's degree in business administration from Duquesne University.

Kozlovski has more than 20 years of experience in the information technology, enterprise software, advertising and communications industries. He held a variety of senior executive roles at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX), the leading provider of software and services that enable integrated customer management for communication, directory and Internet service providers. Kozlovski most recently served as a member of Amdocs’ senior executive management team and as group president of its Worldwide Customer Business Group. He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Clayton University (St. Louis, MO).
