Position: Marketing Communications Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of campaigns and projects, from initial design direction to layout, from approvals to completion for a variety of projects including, but not limited to:
- Electronic banner ads
- PDF ads
- Templated email marketing campaigns, newsletters and bulletins linked with CRM system
- Tradeshow booth graphics
- Print collateral
- Long format proposals and RFPs
- PowerPoint presentations
- Website graphics
- Flash animation
- Manage tradeshow participation by:
- coordinating shipments of collateral and specialty items
- completing all necessary paperwork, including purchase requisitions and registration forms
- keeping event participation schedule current
- communicating with company participants to help them prepare
- aligning with Executive Administrator about participants travel schedules
- Assist in executing bi-monthly webinar series by:
- developing and launching electronic email invitation campaign
- coordinating tracking and response monitoring metrics
- working closely with sales team to update campaigns
- participating with team to manage technical aspects of live webinar
- Support in development of additional projects that may require:
- writing and editing
- organization and tracking
- layout and alignment
- communication with broader internal team
- vendor communication and management
- Ensure all materials are received in adherence to production deadlines
- Actively seek ways increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing material

- 5+ years experience with graphic design, project management, marketing communications
- Experience working with software including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat; Microsoft Office Suite of Applications including Word, Excel, PageMaker, PowerPoint, Outlook; Vertical Response, Sales Force, GoToWebinar or other webinar platform
- Comfortable working in PC environment
- Excellent business writing and editing skills, with attention to grammatical excellence, for internal and client communication and for external projects
- Knowledge of SEO, HTML and Flash - a plus
- Experience working in a growing global technology company - a plus
Education and Specific Training
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multi Media, Advertising or equivalent field required
