Position: Field Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Escort projects from initiation to delivery stage. Prepare and maintain work environments from OS and above
  • Deploy the product in multiple and diverse environments
  • Provide training for infrastructure issues
  • Research and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
  • Provide application support, including reporting to the development department about problems and coordinating between development teams

Requirements:

  • Solid general knowledge in Win2003, including server components such as IIS, COM+, MSMQ, etc.
  • Familiarity with configuration, security and administration of MSSQL2005
  • Advantage to candidates with knowledge of BizTalk server.
  • Ability to understand wide and complex system architecture
  • Solid general knowledge in Systems; IT, Networking, protocols, etc.
  • Experience with XML and application configurations

Requirements:

Position: Program Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Form relationships with the customer’s project management, technical leadership, affiliated and employed physicians, and front line implementation and support staff
  • Lead dbMotion’s implementation process to enable effective and efficient solution delivery to customers
  • Manage all customer engagement interactions, through implementation, expansion and support
  • Set the program direction and lead the implementation team
  • Perform as a strategic partner for the customer, supporting the customer’s growth vision and related sales activities
  • Plan and track project activities and budget

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of healthcare IT domain expertise. Preference to candidates experienced in both the inpatient and ambulatory space
  • Experience in implementing complex enterprise HCIT systems, from planning to production
  • Strong project management background. Good analytic skills and a desire to get into implementation and product details
  • Technical capabilities and background to ensure deep understanding of the technical aspect of the product and implementation process
  • Strong strategic sense to see how the system can solve new problems for existing clients

Position: Regional Sales Director

Responsibilities:

  • Close business on a consistent basis and exceed quota requirements
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Assist in creating dynamic and impactful proposals and responses to RFP’s as needed
  • Proactively understand customer needs and requirements before making presentations
  • Participate in company strategy and planning sessions regarding our growth and market strategies as requested
  • Coordinate team sales approach to insure all facets of customers’ needs are met

Position: Clinical Systems Sales Engineer

Responsbilities:

  • Part of dbMotion Sales force. Conduct technical pre-sales interactions with the customer. Should be able to get into in-depth discussion on products’ capabilities, interfaces, features etc. with customer IT team. Need to create a feeling at the customer that dbMotion team have the know-how and experience to make his IT system successful
  • Member of  “the technical expert and lead in the sales force” team - technical focal point for sales managers, prospects, customers and partners
  • Provide presale support as need to achieve the identified project wins
  • Conduct periodic meetings with (existing & potential) customer’s technical experts to understand what they need and how dbMotion can make our product more suitable to their needs
  • Able to provide detailed feedback to Product Management to allow the company to improve its situation at specific customers
  • Give sales personnel 1st order assessment project scope for specific customer required features/capabilities
  • Serve as the primary contact with Professional Services to assess customer situation, problems, and coordination of development & support activities
  • Provide day-to-day updates from R&D/PS on new features, SW versions etc. and ensure that the sales force is aware of the latest developments and near-term plans
  • Position will report to the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Accounts

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in senior Pre-Sales position with preference for 2 years of experience in Healthcare IT
  • Knowledgeable in Enterprise S/W development, integration & support processes
  • In-depth understanding of S/W development process for SOA based platforms, Interfaces and Applications Integration
  • Experience in project management or technical lead for healthcare providers or vendors – a plus
  • Acquaintance with US healthcare business culture – a plus 
  • Familiar  with US common EMRs and Healthcare IT solutions
  • Knowledge of common Healthcare terminologies and vocabularies standards (LOINC, HL7, SNOMED CT, CPT, ICD-10, CCR, CCD) – an advantage
  • Managerial experience – a plus
