Position: Executive Assistant and Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all details for executive team such as expenses, travel, meetings and scheduling
  • Manage logistics for 20+ person North American office including purchasing supplies, office management, facility logistics, shipping, etc.
  • Greet and manage the details of all visitors to create an environment where all visitors feel welcome in office
  • Be a strong business partner to help grow the company
  • Additional administrative duties including meeting/event planning, human resource coordination and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • 10 years of work experience in a professional business environment – a must
  • Demonstrated success in administrative support role for executive level staff
  • Demonstrated success in managing an office
  • Be proficient in managing executive calendars, meeting preparations, and travel arrangements

Position: Marketing Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of campaigns and projects, from initial design direction to layout, from approvals to completion for a variety of projects including, but not limited to:
    • Electronic banner ads
    • PDF ads
    • Templated email marketing campaigns, newsletters and bulletins linked with CRM system
    • Tradeshow booth graphics
    • Print collateral
    • Long format proposals and RFPs

  • Manage tradeshow participation by:

Position: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Display ability to form relationships with the customer’s project management, technical leadership, affiliated and employed physicians, and front line implementation and support staff
  • Lead dbMotion’s implementation process to enable an effective and efficient delivery of solution to our customers
  • Manage all customer engagement interactions through implementation, expansion and support. Responsible for setting the program direction and leading the implementation team
  • Perform as a strategic partner for the customer, support the customer’s growth vision and related sales activities
  • Plan and track project activities and budget

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of healthcare IT domain expertise with a preference for candidates that have worked in both the inpatient and ambulatory space - a must
  • Experience implementing complex enterprise HIT systems from planning to production - a must
  • Strong project management background with good analytic skills and a desire to get into implementation and product details
  • Technical capabilities and background that allows deep understanding of the technical aspect of the product and implementation process
  • Strong strategic sense to see how the system can solve new problems for existing clients
  • Ability to work through issues effectively, internally and with customers

Position: Clinical Systems Sales Engineer

Responsbilities:

  • Part of dbMotion Sales force. Conduct technical pre-sales interactions with the customer. Should be able to get into in-depth discussion on products’ capabilities, interfaces, features etc. with customer IT team. Need to create a feeling at the customer that dbMotion team have the know-how and experience to make his IT system successful
  • Member of  “the technical expert and lead in the sales force” team - technical focal point for sales managers, prospects, customers and partners
  • Provide presale support as need to achieve the identified project wins
  • Conduct periodic meetings with (existing & potential) customer’s technical experts to understand what they need and how dbMotion can make our product more suitable to their needs
  • Able to provide detailed feedback to Product Management to allow the company to improve its situation at specific customers
  • Give sales personnel 1st order assessment project scope for specific customer required features/capabilities
  • Serve as the primary contact with Professional Services to assess customer situation, problems, and coordination of development & support activities
  • Provide day-to-day updates from R&D/PS on new features, SW versions etc. and ensure that the sales force is aware of the latest developments and near-term plans
  • Position will report to the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Accounts

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in senior Pre-Sales position with preference for 2 years of experience in Healthcare IT
  • Knowledgeable in Enterprise S/W development, integration & support processes
  • In-depth understanding of S/W development process for SOA based platforms, Interfaces and Applications Integration
  • Experience in project management or technical lead for healthcare providers or vendors – a plus
  • Acquaintance with US healthcare business culture – a plus
