Position: China - Executive Assistant and Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all details such as expenses, travel, meetings and scheduling
  • Manage logistics for a small office including purchasing supplies, office management, facility logistics, shipping, etc.
  • Greet and manage the details of all visitors to create an environment where all visitors feel welcome in office
  • Be a strong business partner to help grow the company
  • Additional administrative duties including meeting/event planning and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5 years of work experience in a professional business environment – a must
  • Demonstrated success in administrative support role
  • Demonstrated success in managing an office
  • Be proficient in managing executive calendars, meeting preparations, and travel arrangements
  • Experience working for smaller companies that work in a very fluid, fast paced and entrepreneurial way
  • Experience in a global workplace – a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare industry - a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other information technology tools
  • Experience with Salesforce - a plus

Position: China - Representative Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Meet Sales Targets
  • Execute business development and market positioning
  • Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization
  • Oversee company operations in China to insure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company
  • Comply with company operational procedures, policies, and standards
  • Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings, and at formal functions
  • Promote the company to local, regional, and national constituencies
  • Build  Sales and Marketing network using personal contacts, direct mail, special events,  sales skills
  • Direct company planning and policy-making with regard to the Chinese market needs
  • Oversee Company operations in China to include evaluating, operating and financial performance
  • Be part of the establishment of a local representative office
  • Report consistently
  • Other duties as assigned by the VP International Sales

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales and Market Business Development
  • Proven experience of 5 years in Sales in China
  • Experience in managing a remote office of foreign company in China – advantage
  • Mastery of the English language, in both writing and speaking
  • Experience in managing Sales Channels, working with agents and distribution channels
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracts and negotiating.
  • Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Ability to manage resources.
  • Knowledge of communications and public relations principles and practices. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.
